Alppsychology, online psychology practice, handles personal data with care and confidentiality. Data is only processed for contact, online treatment and meeting legal obligations according to the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and the WGBO.
Within Alppsychologie, only personal data necessary for good care are processed, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and - if applicable - treatment-related information. Treatment data are kept for a minimum of 20 years in accordance with the law. Personal data are not shared with third parties, unless required by law or with the client's explicit consent. Only the treating psychologist has access to the file.
For online treatment, Alppsychologie uses secure means of communication. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data from loss or unauthorised access.
